Design Guidelines: Cascades and Waterberry Parks

These Design Guidelines shall govern development of all housing built in The Parks of West Bedford.

The primary objectives of these Design Guidelines are to establish the neighbourhood’s character and to unify the natural beauty found in The Parks of West Bedford. We believe consistency in exterior building materials, exterior colours, and design elements will promote compatibility among various exterior designs, thereby, augmenting the quality and value of the homes while also bringing visual harmony to the streetscape. Ultimately, these guidelines establish consistent design standards that will enhance and protect the property values in The Parks of West Bedford.

All building plans will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the Design Guidelines in order to meet the expectations of those choosing to call The Parks of West Bedford home.

The Developer reserves the right to waive any of the requirements in these Design Guidelines where it deems, in its sole discretion, to be appropriate under the circumstances.
