Applicability

These Design Guidelines shall govern the development of all housing built in The Parks of West Bedford, Brookline Park.

Within this document, there will be guidelines which apply to all of Brookline Park (Design Elements – The Community), and guidelines to address how we want to collaborate to achieve unique streetscapes (The Unique Streetscape).

West Bedford Holdings Limited (WBHL) reserves the right to waive any of the requirements in these Design Guidelines where it deems, in its sole discretion, to be appropriate.
